NetTv Plus remote control troubleshooting

Validation steps:
There are several factors that prevent your remote control from working. The most common are physical damage, battery problems, pairing problems (EON smart box) or problems with the infrared sensor on the remote control and box.

• CHANGE BATTERIES
We recommend that you replace the batteries as a first step and check that the + and – ends of the batteries match the + and – slots on the remote control. For the remote control for the EON smart box, check the low battery indicator on the TV screen in the Settings / User settings / Remote control menu.

• RESET BOX
Unplug the box for about 10 minutes, then turn it on again. Try giving any command with the remote control.

• PAIR THE REMOTE CONTROL AGAIN (EON smart box)
In the Settings / User settings / Remote control menu, you can check the pairing status. You can re-pair your remote control as follows: At a distance of 25 cm from the box, you need to press and hold the “Increase tone” and “Change channel” buttons at the same time for 3 seconds until the green light comes on.

• CHECK THE OBSTACLES BETWEEN THE REMOTE CONTROL AND THE BOX
If there are any objects between the sensor on the remote control and the box, the infrared signals may be blocked. Make sure there are no objects in front of these areas.

• MAKE SURE THE REMOTE CONTROL IS IN TV OR STB MODE (EON smart box)
In order for the remote control to respond to commands, a blue light (STB LED) must be lit at the top of the remote control. If only the green light on the remote control is on, press the TV / STB button in the upper left corner. This will return the remote control to the EON box function.

If you have tried all the troubleshooting options and the remote control still does not work, you need to contact us or visit our nearest point of sale to get further instructions.

Remote control replacement:
If the remote control has not suffered physical, mechanical or other damage, users have the right to free replacement of the remote control:

• No signed user agreement, with an active subscription in the first 6 months after activating the device
• With a signed and active user contract for the duration of the contractual obligation of 24 months
